Brazil, one more than all corrupt.

In a manifesto signed by the National Association of Federal Police, the agents appear to be unhappy with what the corporation considers attacks coming from politicians and representatives of the government itself which are subordinated, in view of the operations carried out by specialized stations.
As noted in this episode, those who should be satisfied with the actions of their agents in the fight against crime of corruption, came to disqualify them, signaling a possible retaliation, thereby changing the logic of the crime, because the villains are now considered victims, placing once and for all, the Brazilian state to the highest level of corruption in the modern history of our planet.
